The following vacancies exist in a newly established microfinance bank with strong financial base in Lagos state.

1. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (Ref. COO/1)
Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics etc with professional qualifications like ACA, ACIB, ACCA, CPA etc. and an MBA.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years banking experience of which 5 years must be at management level.
• Maturity to lead and achieve organizational vision and objectives.
• Must not be less than 35 years of age.

2. HEAD INTERNAL AUDIT/INSPECTION/RISK MANAGEMENT (Ref. ICR/2)
Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics etc with professional qualifications like ACA, ACIB, ACCA, CPA etc and an MBA.
• Must have a minimum of 7 years audit experience of which 4 years must be at senior/ managerial level.
• Must not be less than 30 years of age.

3. HEAD BANKING OPERATIONS (Ref. HBO/03)
Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics etc with professional qualifications like ACA, ACIB, ACCA, CPA etc and an MBA.
• Must be proficient in credit risk analyses and management.
• Must have a minimum of 7 years banking experience of which 5 years must be as Senior banking operations officer.
• Maturity to lead and achieve organizational vision and objectives.
• Must not be less than 30 years of age.

4. HEAD FINANCE & ICT (Ref. HFITS/04)
Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND Accounting Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics etc with professional qualifications like ACA, ACIB, ACCA, etc and/or an MBA.
• Possession of at least one additional professional IT qualification such as MCSE, CISCO, CCNA etc would be an added advantage.
• Must have up to 7 years banking experience in the relevant department.
• Maturity to lead and achieve organizational vision and objectives.
• Must not be less than 30 years of age.

5. IT/SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (Ref. ISA/05)
Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND qualification in computer science or equivalent with the ability to deploy IT infrastructure and ensure day to day management of same for efficient operation in a microfinance bank
• Other IT professional qualifications such as MCSE, CISCO, CCNA etc would be an added advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years banking/Audit experience
• Maturity to lead and achieve organizational vision and objectives.
• Must not be less than 25 years of age.

6. CUSTOMER RELATIONS/MARKETING OFFICERS (Ref. CRMO/06)
Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, etc
• Other professional qualifications like NIMN, ACA, ACIB ACCA, and an MBA will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Credit/Risk Management function will as well be an added advantage
• Not less than 25 years of age.

7. EXPERIENCED BANKING OFFICERS IN:
a) Credit & Risk
b) Audit & Control
c) Tellers/Operations
d) ICT administration
Requirements for positions (a-d):
• NCE/OND/HND
• Experience/relevant qualification in each field would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 25 years of age

8. DRIVERS
Requirements:
• NCE/OND/WASC
• Valid Driver’s license
• Not less than 5 years driving experience
